Maple-Soy Grilled Tuna

It's always a good idea to include fish in your diet plan and this recipe for grilled tuna is a healthier way to do exactly that.
Split Pea Soup

Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Four 3/4-inch-thick tuna steaks (about 1 1/2 pounds)

Steps
  1. Combine all of your ingredients in a heavy-duty ziptop plastic bag.
  2. Seal and chill for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  3. Remove tuna from plastic bag and discard marinade.
  4. Grill tuna over high heat (400° to 500°) 2 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness (close grill lid while grilling for best effect).

    Tip: If you are preparing this recipe as gluten-free, just be sure to use brands of soy sauce and maple syrup that are known to be gluten-free.
