Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Four 3/4-inch-thick tuna steaks (about 1 1/2 pounds) |
Steps
- Combine all of your ingredients in a heavy-duty ziptop plastic bag.
- Seal and chill for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Remove tuna from plastic bag and discard marinade.
- Grill tuna over high heat (400° to 500°) 2 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness (close grill lid while grilling for best effect).
Tip: If you are preparing this recipe as gluten-free, just be sure to use brands of soy sauce and maple syrup that are known to be gluten-free.
